If you receive a broken bottle, or the wrong bottle, simply let us know within 5 days of arrival. You can do this by texting or calling us at 606-401-7155, or emailing us at HansensHarvestKy@gmail.com We'll replace the item for free.
We know the holiday season is extra busy, and many of our products are purchased as gifts, which can mean it takes a little longer to notice an issue. From November 1, 2026, through January 5, 2027, we allow 10 days from delivery for you to notify us of any problem.
