Let me start by telling you all about the first time I ate salmon... HAHA, that's a joke! I'm all about going straight to the recipe! 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees You can use a baking sheet or casserole pan. If a cooking sheet, I recommend covering it with foil and spraying it with Pam, Olive Oil. If a casserole pan, then skip the foil, but still spray with the Pam. 2. Lay your pieces of salmon into the pan. 3. Take your favorite Hansen's Harvest Syrup, (I prefer the Bourbon or Caramel for this, but any one of them is awesome!) Drizzle it lightly over each piece. Use a basting brush to spred it evenly on each piece. 4. Cover with crushed pecans. 5. Pop it in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, unitl done, it should flake easily with a fork. (This will vary with your oven.) 6. Take out of oven and serve. If you got side tracked and over baked the salmon a bit, just drizzle a little more syrup on each piece. Serve with roasted vegetable and either sweet potatoes, or rolls.
